REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below are the refund and return policies for each product type.

BOOKS: 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (US Orders Only)

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on purchases of Poems of a Burned Out Toddler Mom. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, you may request a full refund of the purchase price.

This guarantee applies to US orders only. International orders are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process for Books

To initiate a refund:

  • Contact us at hello@zoemilesloeser.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Include a photograph of the book in unread, like-new condition
  • Provide a brief explanation of why the book did not meet your expectations
  • We will respond within 5-7 business days with a prepaid return shipping label


Book Refund Terms

Upon receipt of the returned book in unread, like-new condition, we will issue a full refund of 100% of the purchase price to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Book Eligibility Requirements

  • Book must be returned in unread, like-new condition (as if new out of the box)
  • Books that show signs of reading or use are not eligible for refund
  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery date
  • US orders only


Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged or defective due to printing or shipping issues, please contact us at hello@zoemilesloeser.com with photographic evidence. We will work with our printing partner to arrange a replacement at their discretion.

ART PRINTS: 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unframed art prints. If you are not satisfied with your unframed print within 30 days of delivery, you may request a full refund of the purchase price.

Please note that the only unframed print is the 8x11 size. All other prints are framed. You may purchase Satisfaction Protection for unframed prints as detailed below.

This guarantee applies to US orders only. International orders are not eligible for refunds on unframed prints.

Framed Prints - Final Sale

Framed prints are custom-made to order and are final sale. Returns and refunds are not accepted on framed prints unless Satisfaction Protection was purchased with the print. 

One Satisfaction Protection covers one framed print.

Satisfaction Protection (Optional Add-On)

Customers may purchase optional Satisfaction Protection for framed prints. If Satisfaction Protection is purchased and you are not satisfied with your framed print, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund by following the refund process outlined above.

ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS

All orders are processed immediately upon purchase and sent to our production partners for fulfillment.

Book Orders

Book orders can only be cancelled within ONE HOUR of purchase. After one hour, the order file is sent to the printer and cannot be cancelled or modified. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@zoemilesloeser.com with your order number.

Art Print Orders

Art print orders can be cancelled within 24 HOURS of purchase. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may incur a 20% production fee if materials have already been used or the order is in production. To request cancellation, contact us at hello@zoemilesloeser.com with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for post-delivery options.
